Clifton Lido, Bristol

My sister Tara and I visited Clifton Lido on my birthday in July. The old Victorian lido has been derelict for years but at long last has been restored and modernised. It would be interesting to see some images of how it looked before and after. Architects are so clever nowadays but I wondered if any of it was original. We thought it would be just a swimming pool but it also had an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms and a restaurant/cafe.

It only cost £15 for 4 hours! It is well worth a visit and not crowded.
